MyBenefitz Platform

The MyBenefitz platform is the most effective way of delivering accessible, appropriate and appreciated benefitz to employees or fund members.

The way your employees feel is the way your customers will feel. And if your employees don’t feel valued, neither will your customers.
Sybil F. Stershic (marketing and organizational advisor and author of Taking Care of the People Who Matter Most: A Guide to Employee-Customer Care)

MyBenefitz is a simple-to-use, effective and efficient internet based platform for presenting benefitz to employees or fund members, allowing them to know what benefitz they have, to make their choices where choices are available and to take up additional voluntary benefitz at their own expense where any such benefitz are available. The platform also provides employees access to a range of useful calculators, including salary simulations, and other added value benefitz.

MyBenefitz is unique in that it has been developed in South African specifically to accommodate our unique benefit structures and terms and conditions as opposed to taking an overseas system and trying to adapt it to the South African market.

Some of the features of the MyBenefitz platform include:

  • Suitable for companies of any size.
  • The platform is not limited to any specific insurer or financial services provider. The platform can display any cover from any insurer and allows for cover with multiple insurers e.g. group life with one insurer, income disability with another insurer, funeral cover with a third insurer, etc.
